In addition to the two Eskilstuna GUIF teams, 42 other teams played in Flickor 12. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof Eskilstuna GUIF 2 svart could be found in Group 4 together with OV Helsingborg 1, GIK Wasaiterna U and Alingsås HK 1.
Eskilstuna GUIF 2 svart made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK 2 with 4-14. Thereby Eskilstuna GUIF 2 svart finished second in F12 A-Slutspel during Skadevi Handbollscup 2018. Eskilstuna Guif also participated in Flickor 06 during Skadevi Handbollscup 2017.
