In addition to the two VästeråsIrsta teams, 42 other teams played in Flickor 12. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof VästeråsIrsta HF 2 could be found in Group 11 together with IF Hallby HK 1, OV Helsingborg 2 and Kungälvs HK Grön.

VästeråsIrsta HF 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against H43 Lund NF with 9-10. In the Final, Alingsås HK 2 won over Eskilstuna GUIF 2 svart and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 12.
