In addition to H43 Lund, 43 other teams played in Flickor 12. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof H43 Lund NF could be found in Group 3 together with Tyresö Handboll gul, HK Aranäs Blå and HK Lidköping.
H43 Lund NF continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Tyresö Handboll röd with 15-17.
