In addition to BK Heid, 43 other teams played in Flickor 12. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof BK Heid could be found in Group 2 together with Skara HF 2, IFK Bankeryd and Skuru IK 1.

BK Heid continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Skövde HF 1 with 8-9. In the Final, Alingsås HK 2 won over Eskilstuna GUIF 2 svart and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 12.
